Assistance 24h su 24

  1. The driver must present, display, and issue a copy of their valid driving license (category B), which must have been held for a minimum period established by Italian law. The license must be legible and unscratched, and the original must be shown.

  2. Drivers from countries that are not signatories to the Geneva Convention (European Union member states, Switzerland, Algeria, and Turkey) must present, display, and issue a copy of their international driving license.

  3. The minimum age requirement for rental is 22 years of age.

  4. Payment of the rental fee and any charges resulting from damage or total and/or partial loss of the rental vehicle must be guaranteed at the time of rental, using all legally permitted means, with the exception of bank checks and/or promissory notes, which will not be accepted.

  5. Payment and/or the release of a security deposit must be made with major credit cards, if accepted by the rental company, subject to specific authorization from the issuing institution.

  6. A security deposit equal to the damage deductible, as indicated below, is required; subject to prior authorization, payment can also be made by credit card (credit card preauthorization).

  7. The rental vehicle is covered by the following insurance coverage: Third Party Liability Insurance (RCA) for damage caused to third parties; and Miscellaneous Risks Insurance (ARD) for fire, total or partial theft, natural and socio-political events, glass, and assistance.

  8. In the event of fire or total theft, the event must be reported immediately (and in any case within 6 hours) to 4 Wheels Supercar. In this case, the Customer will be charged a fixed deductible equal to the value indicated on the rental agreement and generally equal to 15% of the vehicle's market value (including VAT) as reported by the main market quotation tools (Quattroruote, AlVolante, and similar). The Customer will also be required to return the keys to 4 Wheels Supercar within the timeframe established for vehicle delivery, and in any case within 24 hours of discovering the theft or fire.

  9. Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicles. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a €100.00 fine.

  10. The vehicles are washed and sanitized before each rental and are provided in perfect mechanical and aesthetic condition. The bodywork, windows, and wheels are usually in perfect condition and free of scratches. Any scratches must be reported at the time of rental.

  11. The Customer is responsible for any damage present upon return of the vehicle that was not indicated and detailed in the rental agreement at the time of vehicle collection and signing of the rental agreement. In the event of damage to the bodywork, interior of the rental vehicle, or to the wheels and tires (of any kind), the Customer will be charged the repair fee, plus the daily rental fee for the entire period of technical downtime during which the vehicle cannot be used due to repairs.

  12. The Customer is not authorized to perform any repairs to the vehicle.

  13. The rental price includes a limited daily mileage (usually 150 km, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the rental and indicated in the contract). Beyond this limit, a per-kilometer charge must be agreed upon, as indicated in the rental agreement. In the absence of any specific indication in the contract, the price for each kilometer over 150 km is €5.00 + VAT.

  14. If the vehicle is unavailable for any reason on the booked date, 4 Wheels Supercar may offer an alternative vehicle of the same or higher category. In this case, the Customer may cancel the rental and receive any amounts already paid, with no further claims.

  15. Rates do not include fuel. Vehicles are generally delivered with a full tank of fuel. Any missing fuel upon return will be charged to the Customer at a cost of €2.50 per liter of fuel (liters needed to refill the tank).

  16. Routine maintenance, oil, and lubricants are included in the rate. Any roadside assistance expenses must be expressly approved by 4 Wheels Supercar, which must be notified using the contact details indicated on the rental agreement. They will be reimbursed only upon presentation of the original invoice. Abandonment of the vehicle, in addition to any civil and criminal consequences, will automatically result in the customer being charged an amount equal to the deductible as indicated in point 8 above.

  17. By signing the rental agreement, the Customer acknowledges that the vehicle is in good working order and free of apparent defects and undertakes to return it to 4 Wheels Supercar in the same condition and on the date indicated on the rental agreement. 4 Wheels Supercar reserves the right to terminate the agreement and repossess the vehicle at any time and if it is used in violation of the "Terms of Use" set forth below. The rented vehicle may be picked up and returned at one of 4 Wheels Supercar's locations or at another previously agreed-upon location. Generally, pick-up and drop-off must take place at the same location, unless expressly authorized by 4 Wheels Supercar. In the event of drop-off and/or drop-off at a different location, 4 Wheels Supercar may require appropriate compensation.

  18. Should mechanical or electronic problems arise during the rental (difficulty driving, punctures, noise, warning lights, etc.), the Customer is required to act diligently to minimize the risk of further damage to the vehicle. They are also required to report the problems to 4 Wheels Supercar, which can provide appropriate instructions and take steps to minimize any inconvenience to the Customer. Should the Customer fail to comply with these requirements in these situations, they will be held responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle, which they will be responsible for.

  19. The rental period is calculated in days, defined as 24-hour periods, and the rate is calculated on a 24-hour basis. The vehicle must be returned by the agreed-upon time; a delay of more than 60 minutes will result in an additional rental day.

  20. Failure to return the keys or registration document will result in the rental continuing until they are returned in full or a written report of loss or theft is received. The loss or theft of each of these items will result in a penalty of €1,000.00.

  21. The customer and the driver are responsible for any violations of the Highway Code (Italian or foreign, if driving in foreign countries) and are required to pay any fines, penalties, or penalties imposed on them (either through immediate notification or subsequent notification, including to 4 Wheels Supercar) throughout the vehicle rental period. In the event of failure to pay the above directly, the Customer expressly authorizes 4 Wheels Supercar to charge the relevant amounts to the credit card(s) indicated on the rental agreement. The Customer agrees to forward any fines notified to 4 Wheels Supercar by public authorities within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in the Customer being liable for any damages suffered by 4 Wheels Supercar, even indirectly, due to failure to promptly forward the fine. Upon request by the police, 4 Wheels Supercar is obligated to provide the name of the driver(s) who will be notified of the fine for payment. In the event of points being deducted from the driving license, 4 Wheels Supercar is authorized to disclose the details of the driver who rented the vehicle. In this regard, at the time of rental, the driver is required to provide 4 Wheels Supercar with a signed copy of their driving licence, with express authorisation to communicate the licence data for the purpose of deducting points for infringements committed during the rental period.

  22. For payment, one or two credit cards (NOT prepaid) are required at the time of booking, depending on the car category and model. Full payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.

  23. The security deposit for damage and theft coverage will be blocked on the customer's credit card 5 days before the rental start date or upon vehicle delivery. In this case, payment for this amount may be made in all other ways permitted by law, except by check and/or promissory note.

  24. Failure to block the security deposit by the rental start date and time, or failure to pay it for any reason, will result in a 100% charge of the rental price, with no further right to pick up and use the vehicle.

  25. Reservations can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance, but under no circumstances will you be entitled to a refund. 4 Wheels Supercar may only arrange another date for the cancelled rental. If you fail to show up after 48 hours, you will lose all rights to the rental and will retain the full price paid by 4 Wheels Supercar.

  26. Within the limits established by law, 4 Wheels Supercar cannot be held liable for any damage suffered by the Customer or third parties resulting from the use of the vehicle or from any other cause beyond the control of 4 Wheels Supercar.

  27. The Customer is required to maintain and use the vehicle with due diligence and, in particular, shall not allow the vehicle to be used in the following cases:

    • For sub-rental purposes

    • For the transportation of persons or goods for commercial purposes, for any consideration or in cases prohibited by law

    • To push or tow vehicles, caravans, trailers, or any other object

    • For races, tests, or competitions, or for use on racetracks. In this regard, please note that use on racetracks will be recorded by 4 Wheels Supercar via satellite monitoring or an appropriate vehicle inspection upon return. This will automatically result in the deductible referred to in point 8 being applied, except for any additional charges due for any further damage.

  28. Driving by the Customer or any authorized driver (second driver) while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, narcotics, barbiturates, or any other substance that may affect consciousness or the ability and readiness to react is obviously prohibited. The Customer further acknowledges all civil and criminal consequences arising from driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Furthermore, if the Customer damages the vehicle while driving under such conditions, comprehensive insurance coverage will not apply, and the Customer will be responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.

  29. Driving outside of Italy is not permitted without requesting and obtaining prior written authorization from 4 Wheels Supercar. When requesting authorization, the Customer must also specify the destinations outside of Italy to be visited, and the stated route must be adhered to.

  30. Transportation of the vehicle on ferries is not permitted without requesting and obtaining prior written authorization from 4 Wheels Supercar. Furthermore, to obtain authorization for ferry transportation, a copy of the travel document must be presented.

  31. Any use of the vehicle in violation of Italian law or that of any foreign country (EU or non-EU) in which the vehicle may be driven is prohibited.

  32. The Customer agrees to always be reachable at the telephone number provided at the time of rental and listed on the contract. If the Customer is unavailable or fails to respond to any attempts to contact 4 Wheels Supercar, 4 Wheels Supercar reserves the right to seize the vehicle and terminate the rental agreement, also reserving the right to retain the security deposit left by the Customer.

  33. Any accident must be reported to 4 Wheels Supercar immediately, and in any case no later than six hours after the accident. In the event of an accident, before leaving the scene of the accident, the Customer must complete an accident report (i.e., the Friendly Incident Report, C.A.I.) and undertake to obtain the information relating to witnesses and the vehicles involved. A copy of the report must be sent to 4 Wheels Supercar immediately after completion, while the original must be delivered upon return of the vehicle.

  34. The Customer also agrees to cooperate with 4 Wheels Supercar in any criminal or civil investigation or proceeding that may arise following the rental of the vehicle.

  35. The person signing the rental agreement on behalf of other persons and/or companies will be jointly and severally liable with their representative for the obligations assumed towards 4 Wheels Supercar, within the limits established by law.

  36. The Customer agrees to indemnify 4 Wheels Supercar from any claims related to the use of the vehicle and from any damage to the vehicle, the Customer, or third parties, unless the event is exclusively attributable to 4 Wheels Supercar.
